Subject: [IMC-Editorial] Radio 100 Life & Death marathon [corrected text... oops]
24 April is the 50th birthday of Mumia Abu Jamal, who is still sitting on Death Row in Pennsylvania.
I would like to do a radio marathon on 24 april on Radio 100, Amsterdam, on the theme:
Matters of Life and Death
focussing not only on Mumia but also Leonard Peltier, the Angola Three, & other Black Panthers who have been rotting in jail for years...
then the death penalty and the super-max jails which make a life sentence a living death.
The idea would be to hook up with other radio stations in the usa and uk as well as other european stations with live links, chat & exchanges
and of course put it out on the air where possible...
Any interest?
Any contacts?
Please help push, pass it on, pull it through
Amina
