[CIMC-work] Deleting posts from the newswire

Someone is deleting posts from the newswire, which is clearly not in 
line with Indymedia policy.

The particular case is article 37489, "IMC censors articles they don't 
agree with" by John P Wagner.  I saw it on my aggregator, when I follow 
the link I see that it has been deleted with code "Other" (there's a 
place for a description of your editorial decision -- if you choose 
other you should not leave that blank).  This isn't the first time an 
article has been deleted.  Who has been doing that?  No one has 
admitted to deleting articles yet.
