[CIMC-work] Deleting posts from the newswire

I had a really hard time figuring out how to hide/unhide update posts to the
main M20 story block (which the poster asked me to hide once the changes were
deployed to the main story block), and am wondering if others monitoring the
wire for spam are having a hard time distinguishing between 'hide' and 'delete'
when it comes to posts that are either dupes or violate editorial policy. Is
there doc on this? Also, this gets back to the need to clarify editorial
policy, at least from a technical perspective.
