[CIMC-work] web changes forthcoming...

o h m y g a w d. What the hell happened to the newswire/site? I'm viewing 
using a 19" monitor, and the damned thing is still too wide to lay down on the 
screen. Also, the newswire is much harder to read/text is way light, and the 
hairline seems to be screwed up (this might be my monitor, however). What's up?
