Christine,
quick note, ChrYstine, who wrote the resonse to my 
overtures that we formalize the us-process list clarified 
off list that she was not referring to Chicago.

what blows me is her shooting down of making US 
Process formal, and then Sascha posts list rules which 
include a formalized process.

perhaps Kaihatsu can pull out of his hat the exact links, 
but i remember from signing onthis list and reading 
through the entire archives, that a major feature of us-
process was that it wasn't empowered to make decisions.
  
now, maybe Sascha (and the admins) made a goof up in 
what he posted, but i haven't heard any objections either.

now, i think a culture that's developing on the us-process 
list is that you can't say anything with balls to it, or you're 
not being 'constructive'.
