[CIMC-work] two cents on editorial policy

I think Emily raises a great point re the project's ... er ... institutional
history. Having a good sitdown re same for the newer-bees would be a great way
to get folk who were there on the ground (I'm thinking Alloy and Orange,
Steve K., Larry Duncan, et al) back in the game for a hot minute, if only to help
give newer-bees a chance to learn a little about how we evolved our original
mission and processes, such that they are. Plus, we could really harass Alloy
alot about not posting content to the wire, since he calls me twice a month to
complain about how lame it is. Then we could talk about next steps,
evolutionary imperatives, et al, parse out what the old geezers think our past missteps
have been, and finally get drunk (except, not me, cuz I'm forbidden).
After M20, eh?
