Tom Baker here. Chris et al. This is our FIRST so
my suggestion is keeping it basic simple first,
work a format of 3-hour.
I think Jon Groot made good suggestion like
use of camera, cablecast norms, how to load in.

I think we want this as easy invitation to anyone.
But the concept, easy as it is, needs time to flower.
That is, video as a common medium is not a common
idea.

More than sharing skills, skill enabling, we are, and
ourselves, consciousness enabling. And consciousness
developing. Easy as it is, and tried (Chiapas Media),
we are working new things.

I would think a most useful space in agenda would be
a common exchange on what we think this is about.
That could easily eat 20-minutes and would help all
players be mutually oriented.

So, in summary, I think we think of this as a test as it
is a first run. We keep it basic, a basic from which to
expand. And we let people talk together about what
we think we are doing.
