Update added to razorwire.

Regarding a reminder feature: I'm hoping to write up a feature and report
about an incident at WLUW, to (hopefully) deploy sometime this week.  What
we could do is:

(1) Garth posts his reminder feature, say Tuesday or Wednesday,
(2) I post my WLUW feature, say Friday or so...

Thoughts?
