[CIMC-work] apology requested from Polvo artist - please read

I'd prefer to put the apology up on the newswire. This is not center panel 
material, and I'd be surprised if the gallery owner really means to equate the 
sand painting damage with the deaths of county workers or the Peoria CAT 
protest. Alternately, why not link the newswire apology to the block for the 
benefit?
