Tom Baker here. I think we are establishing
a workable. We are working through
clarifications of procedures.
I think we have been astronomical from
where we started production wise. We are
also making good steps in understanding
ourselves.
I think we are right now a lot of internally
focused and have not yet set up systems
for training and growth.
I think a regular slot on CAN is a step
a head for us, that we be as regular as
we can go.
I think OUTREACH is critical.
I would be point on outreach strategy
consequent consense on what it is
