[CIMC-work] Apology placement?

While I think that we need to make  this formal apology visable in our center 
panel, I agree with Chris G. that it actually makes sense to link it to the 
event story block., rather than a separate razor wire entry, unless the space 
owner or artist is insistent on that kind of post.  Sets an interesting 
precedent. no? 

We once has a similar need to apologize to Hot House staff after we were less 
than fastidious in our clean up after an CIMC event  that  was held in their 
back gallery space., but a personal apology from the organizers to the owner 
sufficed..

So it goes.
