Hey Chicago Indymedia,

In one month, we'll be hosting RadFest 2004 / The Midwest Social Forum, 
at Williams Bay Wisconsin, 80 miles NW of Chicago.  More info here:

We here at the Havens Center were wondering if Chicago indymedia would 
be into helping to promote this.  I realize this is out of the ordinary, 
  but we're wondering if you'd be interested in putting a banner at the 
top of the site, as Madison IMC did last year.  It was very 
helpfull--over 500 people came out to debate, discuss current issues 
affecting radical movements, and get some recreation in too.  Or, would 
y'all be into putting up a feature in the next week or so?  I could 
write the text for it if you like.

I've attached some html for banner that could be used, it's 700 pixels 
wide.  I've also pasted it below as text.  If this isn't suitable, i 
could tweak it to be taller, skinnier, shorter, fatter, whatever.
