[CIMC-work] consensus requires discussion and communication

Friends,

at this point, I'm not sure how much constructive dialogue will result
from any of this because the person whose proposal I am blocking is not
participating in the discussion.

I'd like him to propose some concrete solutions for the concerns I'm
raising.  That would be working towards a more collective process.
