[CIMC-work] Garth/Iraq: last minute needs

hi evvybuddy,

everything is coming together fairly well here, Dorina's 
been awesome in helping me with last minute outreach.

got the technical equipment together, food will be fine, 
also photo exhibit, got a good line on beverages.

still need:

1. A microphone
2. tables, so far i only have one longish one.  need at least 
    two more; for food and DJ setup as well as the door, so
    four more would be abundantly good.
3. Popcorn maker, hot-air type, for later in the evening.
4. Iraq film has not come together, so it may just get 
    scratched from the agenda.
5.  ???

also, I know MLE's coming, Mitchell's doing info table, 
Dorina has decided to stay and tend beverages, I'm 
assuming Chris and Dick will be present, I think Chris K. 
said he will be there and willing to help, also Jessica from 
video said she'd take a shift at helping.  

if anyone else is coming, can you shoot me an email or 
phone call (773/583-7533) ?  thank you so much.

lastly, I asked Andy Thayer to say a few words of his 
choice, also asked my friend Rayya to extend similar invite 
to Suzanne or someone similar from Arab community to 
speak but have not had confirmation on that.  any last 
minute ideas would be great,,
