Tom Baker here. Whoa. A first thing about block is
call for more dialogue. If there is no dialogue proceeding,
we may raise the question in another context.
Intent of block by my ethic is to further discussion to
resolve questions; it is consensus process Presumption
is that better decision or stronger plan maybe we caught
on to another point of view BUT it will resolve.
Block is NOT devisive.
I think we use this method to construct our minds for
greater trust of others. We are working for alternative
working, a working alternative. There is no model,
we are discovering and creating it, knowing there is
no final product -- long as life is living.
