[CIMC-work] May 14 BBQ party

Hey all,

Alloy here. Get ready for CIMC's spring party. Get yourself there. Feel free 
to invite other independent media makers.

Orange and mine's address is 5426 W. Windsor Avenue. It's near Lawrence and 
Milwaukee Avenue, close to the Blue line Jefferson Park stop and the I90 
expressway.

For those driving:
Take I90 Lawrence exit and take Lawrence West. (you'll go under a viaduct 
right away) First light is Milwaukee. Continue forward. Take a left on Long 
Avenue. (just before the Post Office) Take Long about four blocks. Take a 
right on Windsor. Our house is halfway down the block on the right side. Two 
story, tan stone front with bushy pine tree. Pull into the driveway, if 
there is still space. Parking can be found.

Starting the fest around 6 PM. Running until Midnight?

Neither Orange or I eat meat, but we have two grills that I will clean by 
Friday. I am going to pick up a non-meat grill this week for grilled veggies 
and stuff.

I have the left over beer from Garth's event, about three and a half cases. 
("Hey Garth that beer is heavy, you live up on the third floor. Why don't we 
just leave it in the van."  Classic move.) I have some booze, but not much.

This is what I think we need:
-BYOM, Bring your own meat. Also if someone wants to volunteer to cook the 
stuff that would be great.
-plates, forks and cups, I have some. who has more? Garth do you have left 
over stuff from the benefit?
-If any one wants to bring a dish to pass, not a problem. Vegan dishes would 
be nice, chips, finger food stuff.
-Cheap cola
-Ice. I have a mixer and a few frozen drink mixes left.


I know this was going to be a meeting on consensus. Let's have beer and food 
and casually discuss what we think, if we feel like it.

The space below me is empty. So if anyone wants to crash, bring a your own 
toothbrush.
