Are you referring to me, Garth? I do not delete and I thought that,
aside from your isolated instance, our standing collective
agreement is to hide only -- I leave a word- or two-word 'explanation'
and my initials.

My other understanding is that, using the administrative interface as an
admin, even when one marks an article for deletion and clicks the
(submit) button, the article is noted as 'deleted' but is still
available to the admin. Anyone?
