we think that syndication to topic sites as well as feeding relevant 
articles back to local sites is a relevant part of a topic IMC

One of the questions proposed was "Do you ensure flow of postings and 
information to and from local IMC sites?" This should include syndication 
as well, but we can also ask that specificallly.

- How do you interact with local IMCs? Do you ensure flow of postings and 
information to and from local IMC sites? How will syndicated feeds from 
local IMCs be incorporated into your topic site? How do you deal with the 
coverage of local events that fall under your topic as well as in the 
location of a local IMC?
