[CIMC-work] Hiding and Deleting options.

Dick, CIMC,
I agree with your request to the coders -- the article admin page would
be better, functionally, by implementing your recommendation.
The way I do admin stuff is by staying logged in as 'admin' and then
going to the website and reading articles. When logged in as admin you
will see *all* submitted articles and comments, with an
(admin-)available link above each one called "Article Options." Clicking
on that link for any given article/comment gives you the means to then
change that article/comment's hiding status.
