We are coming up on six weeks since SF IMC transferred full and complete
ownership of indybay.org to SFBAY, which took place on 4/6/04. We had
hoped this gesture of goof faith would serve as a push in the direction 
of finally resolving the conflict between SF and SFBAY.

Unfortunately We have yet to receive a single acknowledgement from SFBAY 
regarding the press passes, the key issue from our point of view.
There hasn't even been a courtesy email stating that "we're working on
it, please bear with us." We feel there has been ample time for them
to meet and discuss this isse and formulate a response.

In the interest of finally putting this conflict to rest, we are
repeating our request to SFBAY that they take action promptly to resolve
the matter. We are unable to pursue our own press passes until the
existing passes bearing our name (currently in use by SFBAY) are
returned to the SFPD.
