Ok, this is a good thing, and there no problem about the process, it is 
just difficult to act and at the same time to write proposals when we 
have already a lot thing to do... But, we are in the same situation, 
aren't we ? :)

The fact is some collectives from France, Belgium and Swiss need a list 
to work together. It is very difficult today.

We have to publipost, with many CC, send two mails because the moximum 
recipients is passed.

It is impossible to work together.

We (the collectives) want a mailing list, and we want to call it 
"francophone".

Nobody seems to be against it.

Why this list is still not created !?

I am afraid...
