[CIMC-work] center panel re: equal marriage protest

The wire seems abuzz with a number of posts and photos regarding the City
Hall marriage license shutdown.  

I'm thinking this merits a center panel.  What do you think?  If so, can
someone besides me spearhead writing one?  I've got all this week booked
with preparations for next week (three cities in five days).
