[imc-commwork] introduction for IRC meeting

Hi,

My name is Hertz and I'm from France.

I'm working on moderating imc-france-info lists and few other stuffs
like writing docs.
I know tech, I use to be unix sysadmin.

But I can't help local groups in france like I would like because I am
presently in Quebec city (Canada).

One other thing, I can translate english2french and a little
french2english.
