The war on Iraq has been planned for years by far-right
neo-conservatives.
Their arrogance even embolden them to publish their yankocentric
strategies, not unlike the writings of another era, Mein Kempf by Adolf
Hilter.

In chronological order they are:

1991-92 The Defense Planning Guidance, better known as how to rule
the world.
1997-98 The New American Century mythical rationalization of US
power
early 2001 The National Security Strategy. the adapted paranoid
version of the DPG
early 2001 The Strategy to Secure Mid East Interests, blatant
objective to seize control, by James Baker, former Secretary of State,
in secret presentations to VP Cheney 6 months prior to 9/11.

These maniacal position papers document in detail the taking control of
the Iraqi oil fields. In ordinary circumstances, no one would seriously
take the time to read them, were it not for the fact that today, the US
government is led by the very authors of those documents:
P.Wolfowitz, R. Perlman, D. Rumsfeld, D.Cheney, and C.Powell

In another twisted fate of historical similarity, the execution of their
plan follows this infamous prescription :

"the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is
easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and
denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country
to danger."

It is the testimony by Hermann Goering, Nazi leader, at the Nuremberg
Trials after World War II.

In recent days, men of conscious have spoken.

In England, 16 legal scholars from Oxford University have warned Tony
Blair that a war of Iraq is illegal according to international law and
the UN charter, exposing the UK and the US to criminal and civil
liabilities.

On Friday, Mohamed Elbaradei revealled that all the evidence against
Iraq is all false in one instance, had been forged. In short, Iraq does
not have any nuclear capability, nor has attempted to acquire it.

What remains, is the Bush war rhetoric masquerading as leadership. In a
final historical parallel:

"The art of leadership ... consists in consolidating the attention of
the people against a single adversary and taking care that nothing will
split up that attention.... The leader of genius must have the ability
to make different opponents appear as if they belonged to one category."
- by Adolf Hitler,
