I edited the post to not include that So-and-So was raped, as it stated.
I'm not sure if the person in question would want her name used in that way
publicly, so it's now edited. Everything else remains.
If there are other reasons to edit this more, then state them on list. I
think it's a very interesting issue that deserves to NOT BE HIDDEN from the
public, but carefully watched by the editorial group. If the rape survivor
in question wants to talk about her rape case in public, then she should do
it herself, or be informed of what is being said with her name by the
"reporters". Since this news story is not public on DC-IMC News as I know
it, her name should not be published. (Why it's not NEWS yet is a whole
other story which I don't even understand!) I haven't talked with her
personally, so I went and hid it, as well as the comment that also divulged
personal information of this subject.
This is public list as well, so I haven't used her name in this email.
It would be interesting to have a STAR of the this VIDEO talk about what
SHE thinks of the exploitation issue and Buckley's choice of graphics. Sort
of ironic how it all plays out here. I'd really like to hear from her, in a
post with HER NAME on it.
also, i did not delete any other comments.
