[Imc-dc-editorial] feature: wb photos

Bork told me last night that the person who took these picturs talked with 
her as he was leaving the court house. She gave him some advice about which 
pictures to post and which types to leave on the newswire.

Vickie's position on this is over the top, as usual. It's a valid topic for 
debate, but these pictures are actually an example of how to be *responsible* 
in reporting illegal actions.
