In October 2002, Francis A. Boyle, Professor of Law at the University 
of  Illinois College of Law in Champaign, founded a National Campaign to 
Impeach Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Ashcroft, and drafted a Bill of 
Impeachment to that end, which can be found published at

He recently met in Washington DC with Congressman John Conyers, Ranking 
Member of the House Judiciary Committee, which would have jurisdiction over 
any Bill of Impeachment, together with many of his top advisors, in order 
to discuss impeaching President Bush.
