[Imc-dc-editorial] Feature: "Today, Day of & Day After" Actions

I'm with you Zoe.  I don't think we can assume it will
start today.  The bombing will most likely start
tonight, but the sandstorm/weather might complicate
even that.

I think it would be better to make the feature "day
before, day of & day after."
