[Imc-dc-editorial] mirroring reliability

As you probably noticed, we were having a problem with multimedia
mirroring reliability, the load on the machine was causing the script
that handles that to get backed up and drop items.  The additional
memory helped with that some but it was still happening from time to
time so last night I made a change in the way the mirroring of
multimedia happens that seems to have improved things.  Let me know if
you notice any broken multimedia.  

As always, please use the mirrored multimedia (particularly photos for
features) whenever possible.  We were bandwidth limited at one point
this week when www.indy used part of our feature and linked to a photo
on dc.indy rather than the mirror (images.indy).
