[Imc-dc-editorial] articles posted without paragraph breaks

yes it's ok to do technical fixes.  various ad hoc
fixes are already done, for glitches due to the
template, ie the title box doesn't like quotation
marks, ampersands, etc.

lots of people have written us emails to ask us to fix
spelling and mistakes, and lately we have responded.
if you are referring to fixes not requested by the
author, i still say fix it.  the title bar is our
fault, not theirs.

Further, i am also FOR deleting posts that are really
dangerous or abusive, ie
-porn - incident thursday, causing 2 email complaints
from the public 
-stealing bandwidth (very obvious attempts) 
-seriously problematic legally
-whatever else alan raised as examples

when alan raised this before, noone disagreed.  did
you want us to take a vote?  or do we want to again
try to get editorial in the same room and have a
meeting?
