Title: Defend Affirmative Action and Save Brown v. Board of Education!

On April 1, thousands of high school and college students will march
through the streets of Washington, DC to the U.S. Supreme Court,
demanding that the high court uphold affirmative action in the University of
Michigan cases. These two cases represent a turning point in regard to race
relations in the United States and represent a struggle for integration and
equality in education throughout American life, according to the groups
organizing the event.

Affirmative action is a desegregation plan for higher education, the
groups say. If affirmative action is barred, higher education in America
will be resegregated. Already, integration plans in grades K-12 have been
attacked across the country and, as a result, segregation in K-12 education
has increased dramatically, the groups say.

The march and rally is sponsored by The Coalition to Defend Affirmative
Action And Integration, and Fight for Equality By Any Means Necessary (BAMN).
