[Imc-dc-editorial] affirmative action feature

"If affirmative action is barred, higher education in America will be
resegregated. Already, integration plans in K-12 education have been
attacked across the country. As a result, segregation in K-12 education has
increased dramatically."

where's the supporting data for these statements? if somebody can find the
data to support this that is great, but without that data we should give
attribution to the groups saying this, which in this case are The Coalition
to Defend Affirmative Action & Integration, and Fight for Equality By Any
Means Necessary.

without attribution it seems like the DC IMC is making these statements. but
we aren't authorities on this subject. instead, the two groups are making
these statements, so the attribution clears this up. the purpose of
attribution is to clearly identify where information and/or opinions are
coming from.
