[Imc-dc-editorial] affirmative action feature

There is evidence that college law campuses are
turning all white - UC system, I think, in the related
info for supreme court (2)cases.  But that doesn't
mean we directly linked to the proof, (or that I
remember this accurately.)  
I would take out the sentence on K-12, until find the
evidence for this.  I only know about stats for
college campuses.  
If i can first deal with the lists problem, maybe i
can find direct links.
