 along with the suggestion for a disclaimer,I send this onto detiorial list as an issue to consider.  I submit that we would do well to consider some page changes to explain ourselves and to make the posting of articles more friendly to organizers (as below)

Thank you for providing a free service for posting articles.  But until you
add a search engine that can locate an article by name or at least by the
article number, the service is next to useless for performing a simple
search to locate a specific article.  I gave the only URL I received from
you (in an email confirmation that my article was posted) and happily spread
it around to people.  But that link takes them to the FIRST page of the
webcast setion, and from there it is endless clicking on the older news link
to finally reach the page that has my story.

So I got the specific URL after finally locating my story.  I'll send that
out to people from now on.  But the MASS emailing went out with the URL to
the first page of the webcast section.  So, why can't you provide the
specific URL for the article in the confirmation of posting email message?
