[IMC-Editorial] call for help: IMC NEWS UPDATES

Hi all,

The IMC NEWSBLASTS have been revised into a shorter form, IMC NEWS UPDATES, that
can be created more regularly. 

Would you like to help create these?  
Comments? 

Newsblasts can still be created in the longer format, whenever there is a wish
and effort.

This idea of short updates has been discussed, occasionally, in the imc
newsblast working group, imc-nbwg, for over a year.

The recent round of notes about this have gone on for about 4 weeks or so with a
number of approvals and no objections on the imc-nbwg and www-features mailing
lists. See this note about the UPDATES (also called `news briefs`):

This first IMC NEWS UPDATE has been produced (in English), see:
