open publish portal/ submissions are entered here:
http://www.indymedia.org/publish.php3
there is a wireclerk work group empowered to clean errors,commerce and deplications from the open wire.
The editorial work group tends the page layout etc.
The features work group creates the center column features from wire posts and from features created in the various collectives in cities.
I looked on the front page for any "submissions" but see only "opublish" and "contact us." Please be patient and again direct me through you trip ending here.
In any case, look around, you might find something to involve with, or how best to advance the agenda of your posting.
