Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. announced today the partnership
agreement with Britain’s Macintosh game publisher, Feral Interactive
Limited, to distribute localized game titles to the Japanese market. As
an exclusive distributor, PSP Inc. will distribute Feral’s Mac games to
resellers and end users in Japan.

Since Feral was established in 1996, Feral has become the leading
European publisher of Macintosh games. The company converts PC games to
Macintosh format and localize in several languages including French,
Spanish and Japanese. It has released such titles as Sports
Interactive, Lionhead, Elixir, Team 17, and more. The company used its
localization strength to publish Japanese versions of several titles
such as the highly acclaimed Black & White.

The Partnership was the result of continuing effort to introduce unique
products to Japan. Feral’s strength to convert and localize PC game
titles to Macintosh format, and PSP Inc’s strengths to market to
Japanese consumers through e-commerce site and relationship with
resellers contributed to making the partnership agreement. PSP Inc. is
planning to release at least 6 Japanese language versions of Macintosh
game titles before the end of 2003.

PSP Inc. introduced Bungie Software’s Pathways Into Darkness in a
localized format, and has continued to provide products made by US based
companies such as Aspyr and Pangea Software through its website,
www.JapanCentral.com. JapanCentral.com focuses on two ways in reaching
Japanese consumers. One way is through PSP Inc’s e-commerce site,
JapanCentral.com, and the other is by distributing to a number of
resellers. “Our company’s distribution channel is open to any
businesses who want to sell their products in Japan, and our goal is for
Japanese consumers to experience more great products sold in the US,”
Ken Uchikura, CEO of PSP Inc. said. The Company hopes to continue
introducing unique products to Japanese consumers, and welcomes inquires
about marketing products to Japan.
