To the Editor.

Dear Sir/Madam,

  On 17.12.2003 at the Supreme Court of New South Wales
there will be a hearing of the matter No. 20698 of 2000, 
Dragan Markisic v Department of Community Services of NSW
and 4 others. The remaining four defendants are: 
State of NSW, Commonwealth of Australia, The Trustees of 
the Roman Catholic Church for the Archdiocese of Sydney and
Qantas Airways Ltd. 
  
  The defendants are sued in relation to the alleged abduction
out of Australia of the plaintiff's, at the time, two years old
daughter in October 1998. 
  
  At the above hearing the plaintiff is seeking a leave of 
the Court to file his Amended Statement of Claim and to
join as defendants three Family Court judges.

  The members of the media, in the public interest, are 
invited to attend the hearing.
