I'm not sure why you refer to the Cincinnati IMC here --
the URL you supply is for the Cleveland IMC.
(Cincinnati does not have an approved IMC at
the moment, though there is a group working on one there)

cleveland.indymedia.org is hosted on staughton, a
server that hosts a few different sf-active sites.
like many IMC servers, we do not log the IP addresses
of users in webserver logs.

Good luck with your FOIA request though!
