Dear Editor: 

What is the criteria used by you and your staff when deciding what media or
media programs will be linked on your home page? 

I host a weekly hour-long progressive internet radio show streaming from an
all talk-show format web station in San Diego. I would very much like to
have a link on your site. 

What is the process for doing this? Please advise.
