If you're thinking about a job in Seoul, South Korea particularly the Bukbu Wonderful school...think again! If you are of a developing country and not of the desired colour( non-white ), don't waste your time! The conditions may sound great but prejudice is still rife unfortunately!!
I was offered a contract,in the process of appling for my visa and virtually packed when I was told most unkindly after some serious delays that the school will not employ South Africans! My qualifications and experience were good enough to land the job but once the employer actually viewed a colour photograph of me, he cancelled the signed contract. You see he prefers caucasians...people of colour cannot be trusted in his school.
After growing up in a diverse country like South Africa and having weathered all its racial problems, I was hoping not to experience this kind of racial prejudice again.
If I were you DON'T bother with BUKBU WONDERLAND in Seoul, South Korea.

Sir:
This relates a wrongful termination in South Korea, which is a violation of the Korean Labor Standards Act.
