Sir:

Ring members in Taiwan were paid NT $10,000, and there may have been as many as 170 of them.

Ring members in Korea were paid the equivalent of $1,000 (US), and there may have been as many as 200 of them. Total payments to ring members here may have been between $230 - 250,000 (US). I have heard that a Korean female took a payment of $10,000 (US) to set me up.

Students at Namseoul University were paid between four to six thousand dollars to set me up and get me fired (www.nsu.ac.kr). Dr. Sung Tea-soo, Dept. of Foreign Languages, can identify all of them.

I do not know if payoffs were made in Fairfax County, VA.

The phone recording here (Korea) says something about "$866 won."

There are five people in the US who are each trying to make one million dollars from my death. EDWARD C. NAGY, 13808 Laurel Rock Court, Clifton, VA, Fairfax Co. can identify them. Phone: 703-818-8212; 1981 Congressional Directory: "Ed Nagy."

Nagy is also one of them.

Sir:

This is related to the set-up routine that takes place everywhere I go- "notes, messages, letters, statements, reports and 'testimiony'" -that is sent by the general public and ring members to a policeman who calls himself the "controlling agent." They are used to fake police reports that serve as the basis for warrants.

This routine has also happened in the US- incitement of the general public, public announcements, phone lines. However, I do not know if any payoffs have been made to the public in the US. (This routine took place when I was a student and employee at the Univ. of Georgia from 1982 - 1985. Employer: UGA Physical Plant, Dept. of Custodial Servicies)
