where the first draft of an article, commissioned by a friend for an 
anthology on communal politics in India, is available. The piece is 
captioned 'Indian Nationalism, Hindutva and The Bomb'. 
Your critical and thoughtful comments on aspects ranging from 
theoretical framework to language - including facts cited and errors, 
if any, will be highly welcomed and prove helpful in finalising the 
text, which is already overdue.
