[IMC-Editorial] introduction

Hi im geoffrey im from the wpg imc and ive been on this list before. After a
couple of years we finally have a functional site up indeed in our own code.
Thus we are now having to fan out and do more of our share re:international
network commitments.
We are looking to fully launched and linked by wednesday in order to do
coverage of action coming up in kenora, ont. concerning the grassy narrows
first nations blockade.
