Bellevue, WA - October 28, 2003 - Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. (PSP
Inc.) announced the release of a brand new Japanese Input Software,
VJE-Delta for Windows to be released on November 17th, 2003. This
product will add to PSP Inc’s acclaimed Japanese input software line
up, KanjiKit 2000 and KanjiKit Dash.

VJE-Delta is developed and sold in Japan by VACS Corporation (VACS) for
Japanese Windows versions. The popularity and success of this product
is due to its ease of use, accurate conversion of kanji characters and
many useful features. The partnership between VACS Corporation and PSP
Inc. led to the release of VJE-Delta Ver. 4.0 to provide the same
benefits to users of English version of Windows 2000/XP.

VJE-Delta Ver. 4.0 takes advantage of the Japanese language support that
is already equipped within Windows 2000 and XP, thus reducing the chance
of incorrect Japanese display called “mojibake.” Because of its ease
of use, users can input Japanese characters on most applications without
cumbersome setting adjustments, making it easy for beginners to use.

Although Windows XP is equipped with a Japanese input capability,
VJE-Delta Ver.4.0 has more useful features. Some of these features
include unit conversion such as conversion from mile to kilo meter,
pound to kilo gram, etc. Address search features will search
prefectures, towns and cities from postal codes, saving time to search
and input addresses in kanji characters that maybe difficult to
pronounce or spell. About 500 letter templates are available for many
occasions, and they are helpful for creating business documents or
formal letters.

VJE-Delta Ver.4.0 also bundles VJE-Pen Ver.5.5, word processing
software. It is perfect for creating horizontal and vertical Japanese
documents. The program has all the essential features to create
Japanese documents that include business documentations with tables and
charts, Japanese learning materials and exams.

VJE-Delta Ver.4.0’s suggested retail price is $79.00, and it is
available from KanjiKit.net (http://www.KanjiKit.net), or authorized
resellers. PSP Inc. is accepting advanced orders until official release
on November 17, 2003.
