Power Chord Academy Releases Los Angeles Punk Rock Band Angels Heart


Angels Heart to be the first record released on Power Chord Academy's record label


LOS ANGELES, CA – Sept 15, 2003 - Power Chord Academy announced the launch of Angels Heart, the cutting-edge punk rock band from Los Angeles that has been creating a media frenzy with their September 1st release of Sixty-Eight Cutlass.  

Founded by frontman Bryan Joseph, the melodic and talented quartet unleashes a powerful backlash at commerical pop with relentless energy and razor sharp hooks in Sixty-Eight Cutlass.

“At seventeen, I looked at the world I was about to enter with discontent.  I saw a world that didn't strive for inherent happiness as an end in itself," said Bryan Joseph.  "Social, political, economic, and spiritual revolution are strong goals I set out to achieve through my songs.”

"We really saw an opportunity with this band and went for it," said John Roberts, spokeman for Power Chord Academy.
