Ultraco, LLC, the nation's ground breaking Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel 
(ULSD) Fuel Brokerage, is pleased to invite you to attend our National 
Series of ULSD Workshops in 2004.

In addition to participating in Ultraco's offerings, we hope you will 
join us in attending the EPA National Retrofit Conference.  As you may 
know, this conference is a major milestone in the EPA's multi-year 
retrofit planning and implementation process, which includes 
facilitating the maximum feasible voluntary conversion to ULSD as soon 
as possible, prior to the EPA mandated nationwide transition of diesel 
to ULSD in 2006.

Ultraco State and Local ULSD Workshops:
June, July, and August (all 50 States)

Ultraco's State and Local ULSD Workshops schedule is currently being 
planned.  Each of these workshops will be posted at Ultraco's web site 
as soon as they are scheduled.  Requests to host and/or conduct these 
workshops in specific states and local areas in June, July, and August 
are encouraged effective immediately.  Additional workshops in April and 
May ay also be requested anytime, however feasibility will be decided on 
a case-by-case basis.

Ultraco's workshops are offered as a public service for educational and 
networking purposes, as well as for commercial purposes, and thus should 
be of interest to anyone involved in any aspect of ULSD.  Ultraco is 
inviting representatives of the major oil companies that produce ULSD 
and related fuel additives, and the ULSD distribution logistics 
industry, as well as engine, vehicle, and Emission Control Technology 
(ECT) manufacturers, transportation and environmental interest groups, 
all levels of involved government agencies and public health officials.  
Ultraco is also inviting industrial, commercial, residential, and 
electric generation companies and agencies, and the media (television, 
radio, and newspaper).  

In addition to providing general education to ensure everyone has a 
common level of understanding about ULSD, and structuring networking 
opportunities throughout the workshop, Ultraco will present options by 
which local areas, states, and multi-state regions can quickly, 
efficiently, and effectively mobilize to take best advantage of 
Ultraco's program offerings to bring any quantity of ULSD to market 
anywhere in the U.S.  An overview will also be presented of the process 
by which Ultraco brokers ULSD price quotes, FOB refinery, or transport 
to terminal rack or user depot included, highlighting (1) the 
competitive discounting for volume made possible by Ultraco's brokering, 
and (2) Ultraco's use of industry standard protocols for online 
commercial transactions (PIDX and EDI).

In conjunction with our workshops, Ultraco is recruiting for several 
levels of Associates for our structured referrals and commission sharing 
programs.  These opportunities to help bring ULSD to market are 
available immediately for all public, private, and nonprofit 
corporations and agencies, and to individuals.  Commission sharing rates 
and total income potential for our Associates and Finders will vary by 
level of responsibility, coverage area, and the size and rate of 
conversions of accounts from regular diesel to ULSD.  Others wishing to 
assist, but preferring not to receive any commission, or prohibited by 
charter from doing so, e.g., some public interest groups, may join our 
Friends Referral Program.  Anyone may register referrals with Ultraco by 
email effective immediately, though commission sharing will be 
conditional upon and pending their acceptance into our Associates or 
Finders Programs.  To apply for any of these participative 
opportunities, you may simply email Ultraco about your interest, and 
referral specifics, and we will be glad to send your further information.
