certainly an investigative report!!!!]

affecting EVERYONE, including Native Americans]
g.. Media produced from within underrepresented groups;=20
h.. Local stories with national or global significance; [I would say =
that this article qualifies]
i.. Stories on people or projects working towards social and economic =
justice. [working to rid our skies of covert U.S. biowarfare experiments =
and/or geo-engineering operations would count as fighting an injustice, =
would it not?]

Is there any particular reason why the Vicotria and Vancouver =
Independent media Centres have hidden this article?? How does it not =
conform to the principles of open publishing? It is not unsourced, it is =
not hate speech, it is not a repost, it is not advertising, it is =
documented and well-sourced, it is scientifically possible, and moreover =
it is an issue that has GREAT IMPLICATIONS for public health.
Can you please let everyone know why the west coast collectives find =
this unworthy of the "open" newswires??
