[IMC-Editorial] question on using audio files

Hi --

Our local group has recently launched a community radio project in Sandpoint, Idaho.  So far we are an internet radio station, and working to prepare application for a broadcast license for when the FCC opens a window to accept applications.

Please let me know imc policy on using audio files posted to the site.  We would like to select audio files for re-broadcast/streaming over our station.

Also, does one policy apply to all material on all imc sites?  We are trying to get speechs from the WSF from the India indymedia site.
