The Healthy Californians Biomonitoring Program bill (SB 689) has been officially reintroduced as SB1168.

 This Senate bill  is due back on the California Senate floor this March, 2004.  This bill could radically change health care across the entire country.

In a posted response from retired Police Chief Mike Dunbaugh, of Santa Rosa (139) he  states that, "victims of police shootings are not tested for toxic chemical exposures" (regardless of their strange and often violent behavior). The fact that a policeman's response (and threshold point at which he decides to use "Deadly Force") could be mitigated by the low dose effects of toxic chemicals is another factor that has not been investigated. .....

 
 
    Gee, might that be the problem with SSRI's?  What do you get when you mix prozac with phthalates ?

   Did you ever wonder if many of the homeless "might be" the fall out and dysfunctional because of the toxic chemicals that the CDC found in many "healthy" Americans (22, 144) ?
